Thank you for your interest in the Michigan City Community Enrichment Corporation’s Grant Funding Cycle! The Corporation was organized as a public benefit corporation to serve organizations that qualify as Section 501(c)(3) under the Internal Revenue Service and benefit the people of the Michigan City Area School District.

Our 2020-2021 Grant Application will be available on line from September 23rd, 9:00 am until Friday, December 6th at 11:59 pm. No Grant Applications can be submitted for this grant cycle after that date.

Our web site contains valuable information describing the documentation that is required from your Organization to assist the Board in the evaluation process. Please review the Grant Application carefully. Your Grant Application should be “all-inclusive”, as presentations will not be permitted. However, the Board may request a presentation from you after a review of the Grant Applications. If your organization is applying for more than one grant, you will need to use a different email address and password for each grant application.

During the application process you may print your application at any time. This may be helpful for proof reading it before the application is submitted. After submitting your grant application, you will be able to read and print it. The grant application requires supporting files.These items include a Financial Statement for 2019 and should be current thru the fall of 2019. We will also need a Financial Statement for the year 2018. There are several other documents needed as listed in the Grant Application.

The Michigan City Community Enrichment Corporation will present a Grant Applications and Quarterly Reports Workshop for anyone from the public who wishes to attend. This free workshop will be tailored for our grant application. The date of the workshop will be Tuesday October 15th. Registration will begin at 5:30 pm and the workshop presentation will be from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.
